RAM Capital Management (RAM) is a private equity firm operating at the convergence of
two strong and dynamic sectors – Senior Living and Real-estate – in the state of Florida.
The combined experience of RAM’s principals provides a wide range of expertise and
local market knowledge. The firm manages several assets (Senior Living Communities)
through its “Green Village” brand. Our mission is not simply to deliver excellent opportunities,
but to create a lasting impact in people’s lives. We focus on investing responsibly,
operating with purpose, and leading change in our industry.
Most of our communities are operated through our Green Village brand, which focuses on a wholistic care philosophy. Our approach emphasizes daily exposure to a very pleasant and stimulating outdoor environment. The intimate park-like areas of our facility are intended to entice our residents to the outdoors and enjoy an experience under magnificent oak trees and pleasantly meandering pathways.
